are set in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside
around Selby and can offer you a complete all in
one package holiday with caravan site, golf course
and fishing and other activities to keep you occupied
whilst staying in or around our Park.
We have an
18 hole woodland golf course, 16 bay floodlit driving
range that is open 7 days a week until 10pm all
year round and tuition for those that need it!
We also have our own Custom Fitting Centre for Cleveland, Wilson and Nike Golf. We offer a try before you buy service and guarantee the lowest prices.

you could also spend a relaxing day fishing at one
of our three well stocked ponds for a competitive
price and then relax and have a drink, or a bite to
eat, in our sociable clubhouse. If you are travelling
with a caravan we have a fully equipped touring caravan
park, with pitches starting from £7.50 per night.

Luxury Chalet Accommodation
Situated overlooking the golf course, a short walk to the clubhouse and fishing lakes, with woodland and countryside walks on the doorstep. Our Chalet provides a luxurious home from home, right down to ensuite facilities, soft towels and beautiful bed-linen.
With a well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room and spacious sun-drenched terrace, this two bedroom (plus double sofa bed) Chalet would be ideal for two couples, families or groups of golf and/or fishing enthusiasts.
Introductory price of £400 per week includes as much golfing and/or fishing as each guest can manage from dawn to dusk for the duration of your stay.

Fishing. Spend a day fishing at Scalm Park's
three well stocked ponds containing Carp, Bream,
Tench, Rudd and Chubb. (Open from dawn to dusk)
Price: Carp Pond/Horse Shoe £5 for one rod £7.50 for two
Mixed Pond £4 for one £6 for two.
Open from dawn to dusk).
Ponds can also be hired for private matches.

Caravan Park. Stay at Scalm Park's fully
equipped touring caravan park. All pitches include
hard standing, electric hook-up and close access
to water taps whilst showers and toilets are available
in the clubhouse. There is 24 hour access and disabled
facilities.
Prices: caravans £15 per night for 2 people with electricity, additional £1.50 per
extra person/awning.
Camping: £4 per adult per night £2.50 per child (under 18) per night

Clubhouse.
Relax and relive the day’s events (the fish
that got away or that unlucky shot on the fourth!) in the
very sociable clubhouse which offers food (served all day),
a thriving bar and a TV lounge. Only well behaved children
and pets are welcome.
Events
& Catering. Make it a truly memorable event!
Buffets, barbecues, birthdays, weddings, christenings or any
other event, can all be held at Scalm Park.
